In the fall of 1996, I struck gold. On top of Table Mountain, near Anza, 95 miles east of Newport Beach.      This QTH is one mile high, had NO NOISE, and was a DREAM for DXing. The property was bought outright for the purpose of a future Contest Station and the future preservation of Amateur Radio.  In the background (south) is Mt. Palomar, famous 200-inch Hale Telescope.....
